Sree's (as he is known to customers and employees) expertise in Information Technology spans over 31 years and 21 countries.
His work experience includes being the Information Technology Manager of KLM - Royal Dutch Airlines, covering the whole of Middle East and South East Asia, to being the Customer Engineer Manager in ORG Systems.
During his tenure with KLM he won the prestigious Top Quality Performance Global Award from KLM for his outstanding contribution.

His experience in Web & Server technology can be considered unmatched in the world. Applications developed by Sree are rarely duplicated.
He has carved a niche for himself by coming up with quick and easy solutions for the most complex problems. He has also been a promoter of innovation and still constantly enjoys experimentations with new technologies in his free time - even non-web related.

He possesses an MBA in eCommerce and International business from Wales UK along with an engineering degree from CET and a post graduation in Advanced Software Development Techniques from TIFR.

Gayatri possess over 7 years of solid experience in Project Management and Technology
She is responsible for the feasibility analysis of new technologies introduced in Schogini, encouraging innovation along with the CEO.

In addition to traditional technologies and architechtures, she is also responsible for developing a technology strategies based on open source technologies and emerging technologies, such as Drupal, WordPress, Expression Engine; e-commerce solutions like Magento, Ubercart, Oscommerce, Amazon Web services (S3, Cloud); and various Web 2.0 technologies and Mashups.

Gayatri was a part of the team that designed and implemented IPSupermarket, which was nominated as one of the “Top 10 Innovative Ideas” by Nasscom and ultimately won the Manthon Award for the Innovation in 2008.
Along with other achievements she also has the credit of automating the Examination and Selection process for the 2 most premier educational institutes Tata Institute Of Fundamental Research (TIFR) and National Centre for Biological Sciences (NCBS)

Bindu Anil Kumar

Ms. Bindu possesses 22 years of solid Accounting experience in Manufacturing/ IT industries. She is prominent as one of the founding members of Schogini Systems.
She is responsible for budgeting and management of project costing and operational performance analysis.

In addition to this, she is very efficient in supporting project activities by establishing guidelines for capital funds, utilization and solicitation.
She possesses excellent skill in monitoring use of fund/balances, forecasting funds availability, advising on grant/loan usage decisions, and providing project bridge financing/advice to CEO, CTO and other project staff.
She has proven herself as Management Representative of Schogini Systems by establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system and by promoting quality awareness through out the organization as per the ISO 9001-2000 standards.

Anil Kumar
Manager Technical Support

M. Anil Kumar brings with him a multi-cultural experience of over 31 years in Sales, Marketing, Administrative, Secretarial and Customer support fields with an in depth knowledge of IT and other industries.
He is responsible for managing the day-to-day customer interaction, setting and managing expectations and communicating effectively with customers to identify their needs.

He has had an excellent career with different multinational & national companies and has worked in different capacities in India and abroad, handling complex and sensitive people issues.
He has been an integral part of start ups and established organizations, continually seeking opportunities to increase client satisfaction and deepen client relationships.

Rajeev P V Pillai
Technical Lead & Manager Training

Mr. Rajeev P .V. Pillai has been with Schogini Systems since 2005.
He is responsible for project requirement gathering, developing technology strategies based on open source technologies, shared technologies and emerging technology architecture. He is also in charge of leading and training the development team.

Mr. Rajeev is exposed to open source and emerging technologies, such as Drupal, WordPress, Expression Engine; e-commerce solutions like Magento, Oscommerce and various Web 2.0 technologies and Mashups. Rajeev P V Pillai has proven himself in successfully integrating various payment gateway APIs.

He has proven his experience of building and leading teams, providing direction and motivating others to achieve key business goals. He is a strong team player and possesses strong interpersonal skills. Extremely efficient in checking on measures such as quantity, timing of production etc. Mr. Rajeev functions as the technical expert of the team and IT project management.

Ajith Kumar
Project Manager

Mr. Ajith Kumar, project manager has 10 years of experience in web application development
and worked on Network Security applications and devices prior to joining Schogini. He has strong knowledge in L2/L3 protocols. He was responsible for developing GUI application for controlling network security devices and worked with PHP, Java, C, ERLANG and SNMP. He creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. He is very capable of identifying resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities at Schogini. Mr.Ajith is very effective in managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. He reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to the client. Mr. Ajith is also very effective in applying our methodology and enforces project standards. More importantly, he is also brilliant in preparing for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures. Mr.Ajith minimizes our exposure and risk on projects and ensures that the project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. He is magnificent in facilitating team and client meetings effectively.  He holds regular status meetings with project team and keeps the project team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news. He challenges other team members to develop as leaders while serving as a role model and mentor. He is very capable of managing the development of team by ensuring, when possible, that project tasks are in line with each Innovator's career interests. He also inspires coworkers to attain goals and pursue excellence. Mr.Ajith consistently acknowledges and appreciates each team member's contributions and motivates team to work together in the most efficient manner. After all, Mr.Ajith effectively trains other innovators and clients through both formal and informal training programs.
